Submit a tasking order to Albedo for future collection. If Albedo believes we can reasonably fulfill the order, the tasking order will be accepted and eventually scheduled for collection. If not feasible, the response will contain the NOT_FEASIBLE status indicating that adjustments must be made to the tasking spec and the request should be resubmitted.
