Search for STAC items by lat/lon bounding box. Returns STAC item metadata records for each image that intersects the requested lat/lon bounding box.
Note:Lat/lon points should be supplied in decimal-degrees using the EPSG:4326 coordinate-reference system (aka - standard WGS84 lat/lon).
