Search for STAC Items with a lat/lon point. Returns STAC item metadata records for each image that intersects the requested lat/lon point.
Note: Lat/lon points should be supplied in decimal-degrees using the EPSG:4326 coordinate-reference system (aka - standard WGS84 lat/lon).
